Return Policy
Returns
You may return your order within 15 days of receiving it. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. However, you may be eligible for store credit, subject to approval.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with all labels and protective covers, in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging.
Please make sure all delivery information is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided during checkout.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (3-5 business days), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
1- Check your bank account again.
2- Contact your credit card provider, it may take a few days for your refund to appear.

Shipping
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total.
For items valued over 20€, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
